INTRODUCTION
Emery & Garrett Groundwater, Inc. (EGGI) has pre pared the following report
documenting the development of Potable Water Supply Wel CRF -2 at the future Creighton
Farms Recreation Center (CFRC) in Loudoun County, Virg' iia (Figure 1). The proposed CFRC
will be located in Section IV of the Creighton Farms Development to serve the residents of the
development (Figure 1).
The exact layout and functions of the CFRC are c ently conceptual in nature. The
final layout developed by the developer's engineer will accGinmodate all necessary State and
local well setback requirements for Well CRF -2. Regardless of the final CFRC design, the
potable water supply needs of the CFRC will be limited inn iture and will remain at less than
10,000 gallons per day (gpd).
This report summarizes the methods and findings of EGGI's groundwater exploration
and development program conducted at the Creighton Farms Section IV Project. The results of
the program led to the development of a water supply well AN ith sufficient yield to meet the
potable water supply needs of the CFRC.
1
