Figure 1 shows the layout of the subdivision, location of the drilled wells, <br />location of septic drain fields, and proposed house footprints. <br />' 2. Table I provides a summary of the drilling results (yield/depth of each well). <br />3. Table II provides a summary of the results of laboratory analyses of water <br />quality samples. <br />' 4. Well completion reports (GW-2 forms) provided by the well driller, Singhas <br />& Michael Corp. <br />5. Water quality datasheets. <br />' 6. The yield test data sheets for Wells RKS-3, RKS-4, and RKS-7, which each <br />yielded less than 5 gpm (as measured initially by the airlift test method). <br />The GW-2 forms, water quality datasheets, and yield test data sheets are organized by <br />well and are presented at the end of this report. Wells are separated by tabs for quick reference. <br />' Please note that most of the wells have elevated iron, manganese, and turbidity. The high <br />iron and manganese concentrations are in part due to the high turbidity levels and associated <br />non-dissolved iron and manganese. The level of these elements should decrease with well usage. <br />' The remaining dissolved iron and manganese can be removed effectively with domestic water <br />treatment systems. <br />' Wells RKS-3, RKS-4, and RKS-6 did show levels of Tetrachloroethene (PCE) that were <br />equal to or above detection levels (.002 mg/1) but below EPA Drinking Water Standards (.005 <br />mg/1). As a result of these findings, all three wells were resampled. These second water quality <br />analyses were performed on water samples collected from each well. During this second round <br />of water quality sampling, Well RKS-4 was pumped for 6 hours at its rated capacity of 1.5 gpm <br />and Wells RKS-3 and RKS-6 were pumped for approximately 3 hours each at their rated <br />capacity of 1 gpm and 8 gpm, respectively. Tetrachloroethene (PCE) was subsequently not <br />detected in Wells RKS-3, RKS-4, and RKS-6 in the second water quality analyses. However, <br />
