Mr. Guthrie states this causes the ditch to overflow into
his yard and across his drainfield. I visited the area on March 23,
1984 and observed no such problem. In fact, our records indicate
Mr. Guthries sewage disposal system is located to the rear of his house
and could not be affected by such problems.
In as much as this complaint has to do with drainage I am referring it
to your department and the Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation.
If you feel you can help Mr. Guthrie, he can be reached at 356 -6500 or
430 -8670.
cc: Virginia Department of Highways
and Transportation
TWA: jm /1.t, X1`1
