STATEMENT OF JUSTIFICATION <br />The applicant, Calvin O. Cox, Trustee is the duly <br />designated agent of the owners of the subject properties. <br />The owners entered into an agreement dated May 11-1 7 , 1986 <br />which delegates control of this application to the <br />applicant. <br />The subject property consists of nine (9) separate <br />parcels, containing 76.6 acres. The properties front on <br />Woodland Road and Cedar Lane, a short distance off of Route <br />637, Guilford Magisterial District, Loudoun County, <br />Virginia. The properties are located in Tall Oaks <br />Subdivision Tax Map 81B((1)) and Wiseway Village Farms, Tax <br />Map 81B((2)). <br />The properties are presently zoned PD-IP and the <br />proposed zoning is PD-GI. All of the adjacent properties <br />are zoned for industrial use (PD-IP).
