Crouch Re: Section 81E, Parcel
607 Potomac View Drive 19A, Application
Sterling, Virginia 22170 144 FSW 85
Dear Mr. Crouch:
Your application tor a sewage disposal system permit, tiled with
the Loudoun County Health Department on March 25, 1985, has
been completed. The evaluation was conducted on April 4,
1985, in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Code of
Virginia, Section 32.1 - 163, Sewage Handling and Disposal Regula-
tions, and current agency policy and procedures for evaluating
property tor on -site sewage disposal systems.
Based on the information filed with your application and the site
and soil evaluation I conducted, I regret to inform you that your
request for a septic tank drainfield permit must be denied.
The site limitation which precludes the use of a system is:
- Insufficient depth of suitable soil to seasonal water
table (gray mottles observed at depths of 6 to 38 inches)
(12.06.01.c).
This decision may be appealed in accordance with the provisions
of the Sewage Handling and Disposal Regulations by requesting a
hearing in writing to Dr. Earl E. Virts, Jr., Director, at the
above address. This written request should detail all the facts
and such other information which would support your request for an
appeals review of the decision that has been rendered.
Ili
