As a matter of
record the lot being referenced is identified as Fairfax County Tax Map lot # 2- 3 -2 -6A and
Loudoun County Tax Map lot # 82 -22, together commonly known as 730 Parrish Farm
Lane, Great Falls, VA 22066 (hereinafter referred to as the lot). This letter once signed,
will become a permanent record of the agreement and will be legally binding upon both
counties. Signatories of this letter, by their signature, affirm that they have the authority
to enter their respective counties into this agreement.
The parties agree that:
1. The lot is a single residential lot.
2. The planned residential construction on the lot will consist of a single family residence
lying within and permitted by Fairfax County, and related permitted structures (garages,
barns or auxiliary buildings as permitted by ordinance or variance) which may lie within
either Fairfax or Loudoun Counties.
3. The lot currently has an approved and recorded four bedroom septic drainfield site,
recorded in Fairfax County and lying entirely within Fairfax County.
4. Nothing in this agreement will effect or alter the currently approved and recorded
septic drainfield site, or prohibit that site from being used for the placement of a septic
