The Department's <br /> comments include finding the existing IIIC well on the property and to properly abandon the well. I have attached an <br /> application to be completed for a well abandonment, a $300 fee applies. The abandonment is required to be <br /> witnessed. Proper documentation wasn't received for the septic tank abandonment performed in 2015. Confirmation <br /> of the septic tank abandonment is highly recommended for safety reasons.
