Brown Farm Subdivision
Page Two
2. Raw field data (i.e. all water level measurements, ground
elevation at each wellhead, test pump depths, etc) needs to
be included as addendum.
3. Water quality analysis for well #7 reports concentrations of
toluene at .002 mg/1 and xylene at .002 mg/1. It is
recommended that well #7 be retested,
4. Nitrate - Nitrogen groundwater concentrations are calculated
to be 3.63 and 5.83 mg NO3-N/L during drought and normal
rainfall years, respectively. Water quality analysis for
wells #4, #19 and #22 report 1 mg NO3-N/L, therefore, Nitrate-
Nitrogen can be calculated to be 4.63 and 6.83 mg NO3-N/L for
these wells. The relative close proximity of test wells
bearing Nitrate-Nitrogen on the proposed subdivision suggest
that this area should be retested-'L`o determine if they is a
potential for further contamination.
5. Figure 3 (page 7) is missing.
6. The well depths and total depth do not coincide on Geotrans
Loudoun County well logs #1 and #29. Also please use Munsell
color chart for soil descriptions.
7. Figure #4 should read appendix G rather than H.
8. There is no test well located on lot 10 as shown on plats 1
and 2.
9. All figures and tables with their corresponding page numbers
should be listed in the Table of Context in future reports for
easy reference.
007-113
